This is the worst home health company I have ever used. Don't use them. They lie and slander u and ur home !!!! They never show up when there supposed to and if u have animals they won't come in to ur house. U don't need to be working there if u don't like or u are scared of animals. This are elderly people u are supposed to be taking care of and a veteran of 20 yrs. They are very unprofessional.
My mom had hip surgery. They kept saying they'd order the bandage needed. Two weeks later they still had not ordered them. The nurse comes out in jeans and t-shirt. Looks very unprofessional. Doesn't even carry a pen to write vitals down. Bandage was too be changed every other day. She never had bandages to change so I bought to change them myself.
