Our experience at the wound care clinic is nothing short of disgusting. To them, you’re just a number where they can cancel your appointment a few hours beforehand and then make no effort to reschedule it within a day or two. When we called, we were told that the new appointment was for 8 days later at a time my husband is working. No one called him to advise. I would give a zero star if I could. Wound care cancelled my appointment yesterday a couple of hours beforehand because the clinician wasn't there. They rescheduled me for next week, but never called to let me know. I only found out today when I called wondering when I could come in, as I need wound care asap. No one could accommodate me until next week and the best the case manager was able to do is put me on a cancellation list. I'm doubtful I'll be contacted.
