Waiting outside for this location to open. Not looking forward to it. I usually get followed around and treated like im stealing.. i try to avoid going here.. next time i will plan ahead.

I heard this store was closing as is the dollar store etc. That would kind of explain the complete lack of customer service. I was speaking to someone at home hardware in Kelowna to price out some vinyl siding. He was more than accommodating, calling me back within mins for a quote. I decided to call the West Kelowna location as I live close by and would prefer to not have to drive to Kelowna. When I called I was met with confrontation. Everyone says “ Buy Canadian” So thought I would go there and purchase a filter for my mom’s furnace as it was due to be changed. I purchased the filter and upon opening the filter packet I realized I had made a mistake on the size thickness. I went back and was greeted with a frown by the teller.
