I had a very disappointing experience at this store today. I came in with my child while pregnant and was ready to make a purchase. I wanted to buy a tool set that cost around $638, but all of the sets were locked up, so I physically needed an employee to help me access it. I showed an employee exactly what I was looking for, but he spent about 15 minutes unable to find it. Eventually I said thank you and decided to ask someone else for help. Great staff and service
The night staff is very careless. I came to the drive thru today (18/5/26) at 1:25 am to get coffee. They were playing loud music and couldn't hear me and the girl was talking in a very rude manner. Please be careful.
