It was frustrating to find a sales person knowledgable in the area I needed DIY plumbing help. HH marketing employees are hostile to DIY home improvement shoppers. Pricing is aimed at gouging every penny out of small projects. They keep limited stock in store. I was sorely frustrated with the whole visit. The only satisfying experience was being able to return unused parts to any Canadian store, IF YOU KEPT THE RECEIPT.
