Disappointed by poor communication and unprofessional tone. We initially received a fence quote in early April on behalf of our neighbor. Once we realized the quote didn’t cover the full property line — and that the fence would be on our side — we took responsibility to coordinate and pay for the additional work. After that point, communication from Home Hardware became sparse and inconsistent.
