Staff in Merritt always rude. I always go to the store in Kamloops or Vernon. Better customer service 100%
The staff are not at all knowledgeable in the products they sell. They are either overly fake polite or outright rude. The way they speak to customers is absolutely disgusting. I’m surprised they are still open with a staff like they have.
