Excellent staff and products
Employee says I can swap spray can if I picked the wrong colour (unused) and bob the manger says I can’t because kaycan doesn’t take returns (he only learned this on phone infront of me when he called Kaycan) Receipt says no final sale and he didn’t even know that until he called them. Shame a business makes a mistake when employee says wrong thing and can’t take a $20 hit and rather lose a contractor I’ll never go to home hardware again becuase of Bob and how he doesn’t care to own up to anything
Parked in handicap spot.
