I’ve spent hundreds of thousands of dollars at this store, and my experience has been terrible. Normally I like this store but was disappointed when I called at 4:25 to find out when they closed NYE. "5" I was told. Drove from Northville to arrive at 4:45 and they closed early due to weather. Would have appreciated they would saved me the drive in that same weather. I'm sure the story is that the decision was made 'just after I called' but it had to be a consideration at the time.
