This store is a hidden gem! You can find just about everything you need for your home in one place. The staff are always warm, welcoming, and ready to help, and the sales floor is spotless and beautifully organized, making every visit a pleasure.Â
I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this home hardware. Only reason for going back is because I live in grand bend. The store manager took my order. Go in 3 weeks later and item was never ordered, I reordered with a new person. Then order came and they sent product with order I didn’t want. Order was delivered when I wasn’t home. They charged double on 2 products that I received 1 each of. Took 45 minutes in store to sort it out. The girl I dealt with had no customer service manners.
