Mixed feelings about customer service. The guy behind the counter was nice. The lady advertising windows too. The person that came to help me choose items I was looking for seemed agitated.
Old style hardware store. Have items others don't. Friendly, helpful staff. Price a little high, but not outrageous.
John went out of his way to help me, and when we couldn’t find what I needed, he even helped me choose a quality replacement online. That’s why these “brick & mortar” hardware stores are great. AND why the individually owned hardware stores are preferred over the big chains, where it’s hard to find an employee, let alone get assistance. Thanks, John!
10 STARS!!!! Unbelievably fast service repair. Today was our first major snow day of the year, so I needed to repair my broken snowblower. In less than two hours, it was ready for pickup. I am told this store has a really talented technician. Thank you so much. It also started on the first try and works better than ever.
Do not take your lawnmower or snowblower here. Brought my lawnmower twice. Both times they failed to fix the problem. Took me snowblower there, they took several weeks to bring it back, and it still doesn’t work.
