Tyler is awesome! He helped fix my Toro electric lawn mower and gave me helpful advise on how to best care for it. Staff was friendly and helpful.

“I need magnets for hanging a screen in my car window to keep the bugs out.” “Aisle 2 or 3,” said the young clerk. After hunting for them awhile another older gentleman employee was walking by. “I’m visually impaired,” I said. “I think I might be okay, I’m looking for magnets.” “Then I’ll move on,” he grunted. Okay, so I’m having a bad hair day, maybe even off-putting, but I can get the same lackadaisical “service” at Menards, and will get the stuff cheaper. No offense, Menards.

Jerry's Do It Best Hardware and Rental is a good place to bring your lawnmower, leaf blower, chainsaws and snowblower in for tune-ups and seasonal repairs! Recommending Jerry's for great customer support and service! 5 stars reviews all across the board! Thanks Michael!!

Mixed feelings about customer service. The guy behind the counter was nice. The lady advertising windows too. The person that came to help me choose items I was looking for seemed agitated.
