Homegrown Health & Fitness has provided me with a work out experience I look forward to doing. The workouts are challenging and fun. All the trainers have the ability to make we work harder then I would ever push myself. The community or people that work out at this gym are welcoming and I have met many friends along the way! I am so thankful to being part of the Homegrown Community!!
I have been going to this gym for the last 2 years. I recently finished a challenge that helps to focus on nutrition in addition to working out. I enjoy working out at the gym and recommend this gym to anyone who needs motivation and/ or modifications in working out. I feel like I am able to go at my own pace whether it is slower or faster than others or a slightly different workout and still get a great workout.
Health and wellness are important! Home Grown Health & Fitness is an asset to our community and we are lucky to have them. Thank you for bringing something great to our community.
