I’m giving two stars because in the past everything has been great but I came in today and this was the second time I was treated like an alien by the same person (Elaina). She almost seemed afraid of me both times and very rude. Everyone else who works here is great but Elaina seems to give selective treatment (maybe because I am Latina or maybe because I was wearing a mask). I was excited to try this dispensary, but when I arrived, I waited for almost 20 minutes in the lobby before I gave up and left because no staff came out to check on us. We needed to get our IDs checked before we could be let us into the area with merchandise, but no employees were present in the lobby (nor did we see any staff in the lobby during the entire time we were in the store). I was having a horrible day going through medical and emotional issues. Had to dry up my tears and go in to find something to help me. The ladies smiled at me and was so patient, welcoming and let me pet coco the puppy. Since buying their products ive been feeling so much better, and has been helping a lot with my symptoms. I honestly cant wait to go back, and tell them how much it has helped my journey.
