So happy with our experience with HGWA. Daryl from the Bunbury office was our first point of contact and he led us through the design process right up until contracts. The input he provided was professional and knowledgeable and at no point did we feel pressured. Grant (site supervisor) and Pamela (pre-start/contracts) were also such a pleasure to work with. I am only in the early stages of my build at the moment, but Daryl and everyone else at the Home Group Bunbury office have been amazing to work with. Building contracts were organised and approved in a matter of just a few days, which was incredible. I would absolutely reccomend Home Group Bunbury, and especially Daryl, to anyone looking to build thier first home.
We were delighted when we moved in, and 18 months later, we are still delighted. Their communication was excellent. They let us know what a realistic time frame was, along with the risk of blowouts, but as it happened, they completed the build when they estimated they would.
