I'm extremely disappointed with Home Group's sales process. After purchasing a land and home package, the title was delayed over a year. Our sales representative, was unresponsive and used high-pressure tactics. When I had to buy a new property, [Name Removed] threatened legal action. However, contacting the land developer directly led to a full refund for the land ($3000). Do not build with this company! I bought the existing property from previous owner and had a building inspector in to check on the property. The roof was not built according to Australian standard and apparently the warranty is not transferable. They refuse to do anything with it. AVOID!!!
