Don't build with homegroup, they will rip you off. I have built twice before and haven't encountered a builder like this. My wife had lost her job and still unemployed and our chance of getting pre approval from the bank has now all but diminished. But homegroup has now indicated that they want another $2000 on top of the $4000 already paid. I am very pleased with the home group's quality and transparency. I will give all the credit to Mohit, who gave real confidence in building the house and explained everything about how it works. He was very kind even been working during his annual leave holidays. He is definitely the go-to person.
Anu Saxena was extremely helpful throughout the process of choosing our house plan and patiently accommodated numerous changes until we were completely satisfied. He is very knowledgeable and guided us to stay within our budget while still achieving everything we wanted. We have also heard excellent reviews about Home Group, with many of our friends building with them in WA, and we are confident they will bring our first home to life exactly as we have envisioned.
We are at pre construction stage and have been very happy so far Dealing with Jarrad Hodge in the Geelong has been great Jarrad has been very professional , easy to talk to and has given us a genuine impression of a great to build our new home. Looking forward to the next stage
