Extremely happy with our new home. Whole process from the initial design to finished home was well managed throughout with excellent communication. Emails were answered promptly. I recently took handover of a new home built by Home Group, and unfortunately my experience since handover has been very disappointing. Shortly after moving in, I identified a significant stormwater issue following a major rainfall event. This resulted in ground washout and damage near the front of the property. I arranged independent inspections, which confirmed there was no physical damage to the stormwater pipework, but identified issues including a sand blockage within the system and problems with pipe connections.
