I have cracks in my walls. HomeGroup won't accept liability. Had a wooden sliding door in our ensuite that keeps coming off the hinges so I removed and have to hire a carpenter to sort out. Had a bulkhead in the living room that's unfinished because the contractor never came back to finish the job. HomeGroup does everything very cheap, not recommended.
Too much lies from this builder. From day one they telling me everything will be fast and price is fixed. Now already 13 months in admin, not even slab down yet! My block came already with a title. My neighbours house almost finish already with other builder, and I am still waiting like fool. They saying admin maximum 6 months, but that is full lie. Now they telling me I have to pay $30,000 more because delay push me past price hold when they are the ones to blame. On top of that, I already paid $15,000 extra because sales g... read more
Home group is on of the best or the best building companies you can deal with . They are very helpful with every step when you think about design and the help us out choosing the land and the are very generous with their variety of selection to choose from .
