Tommy Coddington was supposed to have come out last Friday to install a gate. I had already put down a 50% deposit. He no-showed. I contacted him and he said he was two days behind and would be there this past Monday. He has since refused all communication with me. Unfortunately, I had seen the past two reviews and figured not everyone can be made happy, but thought because we had mutual friends, he wouldn't do this to me. I was wrong.
Thomas from Home Glow replaced our old mailbox and put up a new one. He was prompt and professional. Our new mailbox looks great! This would have taken my husband all weekend... Glad I called Home Glow!
Three weeks after moving into our new home the one angled steps on the stair case got broken. I called everyone and nobody would take it. I came up on home glow repair and he accepted. Had his guys here in two days and were in and out in about 2 hr. I'm pretty confident the step could hold a herd of elephants now. Thank you guys so much!!! Will be sure to use again if I need anything going forward!
