The worst home improvement experience I've ever had! I've lived in this house for 33 years and we had a few windows (5) installed and the installer did a nice job installing them and they seem to work fine. They are lack of communication, I ordered more than a month ago and I just gotan emailed that they just ordered my materials. I called the manager Nick, I felt so degraded by talking to him. Nick was laughing at me when I was trying to tell him about cancelling because it's taking them so long & I felt like being taking advantage of & frustrated. I'm not trying to complain because I'm a widower & woman. I felt insulted by him & I did not do anything to him.
