Our experience with this company was extremely disappointing and far more stressful than it should have been. What was supposed to be a 3-4 day project according to the contract ended up taking about a month, mainly due to poor communication, delays, and lack of project management. The worst home improvement experience I've ever had! I've lived in this house for 33 years and we had a few windows (5) installed and the installer did a nice job installing them and they seem to work fine. Now, the sliding glass door... is an absolute disaster. First, the entire thing came bowed and never closed properly. It is a Provia door and it may be the cheapest piece of junk I've ever seen. They are lack of communication, I ordered more than a month ago and I just gotan emailed that they just ordered my materials. I called the manager Nick, I felt so degraded by talking to him. Nick was laughing at me when I was trying to tell him about cancelling because it's taking them so long & I felt like being taking advantage of & frustrated. I'm not trying to complain because I'm a widower & woman. I felt insulted by him & I did not do anything to him.
