This company did a horrible job and the real estate requested them to come back and redo the job. When i contacted them multiple times about it. They ignored me and didn't come back to redo the carpets. I've never had an issue with the carpet place before until now. I wish I had to check the reviews before going through with them because they're reviews reflect the work they do. AVOID!!
This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with for end-of-lease cleaning. The service provided was completely useless, and my real estate agent said the cleaning was nowhere near acceptable for the amount paid. I even called the same person back to clean according to the inspection checklist, but again the job was hopeless. In the end, my real estate agent had to hire their own cleaner to finish the work, which cost me even more money. Warning people about this company my partner got a quote from this company for bond cleaning he asked for address and preffered time and contact number when doing the quote. He then messaged her on Facebook messenger to confirm whether we wanted to go ahead and she said no. Following this he called me and yelled at me and abused me cause he thought we were going to book with him and said he was going to name and shame my partner and hung up.
