I ordered an item online, and it was refunded. When I called to ask, they said the item was "in distress" and they couldn't sell it to me for full price. I asked for them to set it aside and I would come in and pay. My name and # was taken. Fast forward to my arrival, they had no record of my call, and the item could not be found. I drove an hour for this item, and I am extremely disappointed.
They never open the store in time Doors locked, gates still up . I’m furious with their lack of professionalism

Walked into the store looking for brackets for vertical blinds, showing 10 pieces in stock. None in the aisle stated. No one on the floor to ask. Went one aisle over to flooring desk where two employees were having a casual conversation, waited politely for a couple minutes as the only person standing in front of a desk until I interrupted them to ask where I could find the item. Very poor costumer service...employee RORY ..cashier is very not accomodating...(rude per se)..we bought microwave...from rona crowfoot... he just left us after we pay ...and we are just standing there we thought its still not done..he go to other till..and after a while i ask...is it done?he just say yes...no thank u or have a good day...very poor service..i hope the management look into it.
