I bought a Metabo Hpt tool, nails gun, after 20 days the part broke inside during work, I brought the store, they refused to replace it, they said to contact the manufacturer, you should not take the tool from them.

Horrible Rona, customer services is extremely poor, dollys and carts are just everywhere with stock or garbage on them. You don’t know if they’re someone else’s or they’ve been abandoned. Seems totally disorganized. Employees seem way more concerned chatting with other employees than helping customers.

Do not waste your time. Take the extra 10 minutes and drive to Home Depot. There is zero staff available to help. Tills are closed and force you to self check out, no one ever at the contractors desk either. And stock is laughable compared to competitors. I once went there three consecutive days to buy a roll of 14-2 wire and none of the staff could find the key for the security cage. They also refused to cut the lock off. Terrible...is all I can say.... 1. No carts in the store 2. Garden center did not have staff 3. Waited a very long time for associate to open doors so I could choose a tree 4. Informed at checkout that they did not wrap trees. 5. Offered no assistance to a senior to push the cart thru the ice. Note: customer service had 2 employees but did not offer to open reqired doors...
