If I could give 10 stars, I would! I was utterly blindsided by another florist company cancelling my order and not providing any communication that this happened. On top of that, the other florist company refused to do anything to make the situation right. I called Home & Garden Florist in Yazoo City to try and still get flowers delivered. My company was sending sympathy flowers to an employee's family in Louise, MS. I wish I could give Home & Garden Florist in Yazoo City MORE STARS!!! Soooo, My God Sister's birthday was the day after Christmas and I NEEDED to send her a bouquet, I called that morning and spoke with Ms. Jessie but they were low on stock, she told me to call back Monday, thr 29ths and she and her team came thru!!! My cousin (my moms cousin) lives 1600 miles away. She lost a fur baby a few days ago and I wanted to send her a smile. I ordered the flowers for delivery and I don't think they even took 2 hours to get them made and delivered. I know some florists don't even do same day delivery so I told them if today wasn't an option tomorrow would be fine. Way to go above and beyond! Oh, and the "Smile" was achieved.
