I came to the store to order a very specific fridge (unique size). I had to come to the store because when I called they would not let me order it over the phone (for reasons unknown - they don’t even keep the model on the floor). I drive the hour with my two kids. When I arrive, the very pleasant and personable employee tells me he does not know how to order special item, so I’ll have to wait 30 minutes for the other employee to come back from lunch. A nice and clean location. Very organized and well up kept store. Great variety of rugs and couches. Clean and accessible washroom makes it a comfortable shopping experience. Staff is helpful too. Would recommend 10/10
