Kevin and the team did a phenomenal job getting furniture to us in North Carolina. We'll miss shopping at Home Furnishing Market because the team wen beyond the call of duty to get a quality product to us. We also had a tabletop finish imperfection that they took back and restored just like new. THE BEST furniture customer service we've experienced.
We had an amazing experience with Home Furnishing Market working primarily with Mike. Their customer service was top notch from the point of walking into the store, to ordering furniture through to the delivery (which I can't say enough praise for how well the delivery men were - especially trying to get my sofa up to the third floor - amazing, kind, compassionate and caring!). Great store, family owned and operated. Beautiful, tasteful furnishings and a laid back atmosphere. I had some ideas for our new sunroom and they worked with me. Sandra looked at the photos on my phone of the room under construction and took it from there. She said, “This is what I do.” (And I don’t!) She worked her magic and the room is going to be perfect. She said, “We’re bringing the outside in!” and she matched it with our lifestyle. The prices are good. All in all, a great place to shop. It’s my go-to. Make it yours!
