Jim from Home Front Mortgage was absolutely great. We were first time home buyers who probably didn't know as much as we should've - and he helped us every step of the way. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure we understood every step of the process, and every option we had. Very knowledgeable and detail oriented. We will be coming back when we need to refinance or buy again!
Jim was extremely helpful and responsive from the beginning to the end of our experience. He helped us buy our first home and made sure we understood what was needed and what best options we had heading into the process. He took the time to explain things thoroughly so we would know what we were committing to and how we could best approach the many steps it takes to buy a home. I could not recommend him enough and will be returning to him for all of our home buying needs. Thanks for all you do Jim!
If I could rate this 6/5 stars, it still wouldn't give our experience with Jim the justice it deserves. Jim does an amazing job at making the information about being first time home buyers digestible, and took the time to help us understand exactly where we were at in the process and what would help us get the best deal. As a first time home buyer, I knew the process would be extremely confusing and overwhelming especially with all the financial aspects of home purchasing and how serious home buying can be. I sold my property to my sister and Jim provided her mortgage. Since we did this without realtors, Jim was an amazing resource and made the entire process so smooth. He was prompt in answering my questions and even provided a way for us to do a remote closing since I live out of state now. I greatly appreciated his help, especially when I wasn't the one getting the mortgage. All these interactions lead me to highly recommend Jim for mortgage services.
