Home front builders (Nancy and Micheal Mejia) are dishonest, difficult people to work with. The home I bought is beautiful but they took shortcuts and am having to repair a lot after 4?years. (Using untreated wood that has rotted for example). They also sold me my home at a much higher price (in the heights) than the other homes in the project given my had a yard and the other did not. I have since found out that the property is not actually mine and owned by the city as part of the alleyway. I was told by a contractor today... read more
