The Kohler materials used are attractive and easily maintained. The devil is in the details: the quality of the installation. My project has been fraught with problems, some which have been addressed, some which have not. Some issues have been functional, some cosmetic. Having paid $16,000+ for this walk-in shower, I expected a better experience. On three occasions, a different repair person has come to make corrections.
