100% would recommend this company! We had some flooring that needed to be matched— they did an awesome job! Left the house spotless and the floors look amazing!! Great people to work with! We also used them for some granite for our outdoor fire pit— they were able to get it done quickly and it’s perfect!!

EDIT: Yes, this happened. 100% my floor was not remedied and I was blown off. Paid A LOT and was blown off over the dents in the floor. I look at them EVERY TIME I walk by. Your workers didn’t want to take the time to replace their work and I still have boxes of the excess that you ordered. BOXES that they could have replaced the boards with, yet they didn’t. Do you order BOXES extra to make a profit? So upsetting. I should have known when my hardwood was left out in the rain and I had to go move it myself. Huge red flag. My... read more

Polson Stone & Home Floor did the worst carpet installation I’ve ever had. From the start, the workmanship was careless. The carpet had lips, cuts, and visible flaws. Instead of fixing the problem properly, they simply shaved it down, leaving it permanently damaged. Now I’m stuck with carpet that looks terrible because of their poor installation. What a horrible place. They have a monopoly so they don't really care about customer service or any warranty work. 3 years later and I'm still finding problems from the mess they created with my floor, which they installed uneven. They have a monopoly here so their rates are exorbitant, their attitude is RUDE and they are greedy.
