EDIT: Yes, this happened. 100% my floor was not remedied and I was blown off. Paid A LOT and was blown off over the dents in the floor. I look at them EVERY TIME I walk by. Your workers didn’t want to take the time to replace their work and I still have boxes of the excess that you ordered. BOXES that they could have replaced the boards with, yet they didn’t. Polson Stone & Home Floor did the worst carpet installation I’ve ever had. From the start, the workmanship was careless. The carpet had lips, cuts, and visible flaws. Instead of fixing the problem properly, they simply shaved it down, leaving it permanently damaged. Now I’m stuck with carpet that looks terrible because of their poor installation. What a horrible place. They have a monopoly so they don't really care about customer service or any warranty work. 3 years later and I'm still finding problems from the mess they created with my floor, which they installed uneven. They have a monopoly here so their rates are exorbitant, their attitude is RUDE and they are greedy.
I would recommend Polson Floor and Tile to everyone! Every step of the way the staff was helpful and professional. From selecting my flooring, the measuring process, ordering the product and the installation was flawless. I am so happy with the outcome. It has enhanced my home’s beauty. Thank you for being so knowledgeable and efficient!
Elena and the entire crew are fantastic. Great line of products at a fair price. Must especially compliment Elena for her problemsolving to meet a deadline. My project was completed on time and under budget thanks to her help! Highly recommend!!!!
