LEVETIRACETAM," IMMUNOASSAY I had a very frustrating experience with their customer service team. My loan application took over four months to process with very few updates. I had to call multiple times just to get a status check, and I was given conflicting information about my paperwork. Extremely disappointed with my experience with Carolina at Home Financing Experts in Englewood. When looking over the financial paperwork, there were high processing charges and administrative fees that were not clearly explained upfront. A reputable loan officer should be entirely transparent about costs from day one, rather than catching clients off guard later. Make sure you cross-check every line of your Loan Estimate if you deal with this office. Be careful

Extremely shady lending practices. We were quoted one set of closing costs during the pre-approval phase, but when we received the final closing disclosure just days before signing, the fees had mysteriously doubled. When we asked for clarification, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful.
