When looking over the financial paperwork, there were high processing charges and administrative fees that were not clearly explained upfront. A reputable loan officer should be entirely transparent about costs from day one, rather than catching clients off guard later. Make sure you cross-check every line of your Loan Estimate if you deal with this office. Be careful
Very disappointed with the lack of transparency. I was billed thousands of dollars for services I did not consent to or fully understand Read the fine print carefully and get a written quote before handing over any money.
Extremely shady lending practices. We were quoted one set of closing costs during the pre-approval phase, but when we received the final closing disclosure just days before signing, the fees had mysteriously doubled. When we asked for clarification, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful.
