BEWARE! Their response was totally off base. They kept delaying the loan response right up until the day before Closing. When they finally let us know the Buyer could not qualify for the loan. BEWARE!
BEWARE!! BEWARE!! Our deal went bust. After asking repeatedly for a status and being assured things would be taken care. We were informed late yesterday afternoon (1 day before Closing) that the Buyer did not quality for the loan. Still can't figure out why it took months for them to figure this out.
