Poor customer service. I ordered one chair that was delayed several times, and ended up taking nearly 5 months. I didn't have an opportunity to sit in this particular chair before ordering, and it was the wrong size. They demanded an arm and a leg to return or exchange.
I just got my Bernhardt bed today. Kelly was great to work with. This bed at hfi was over a thousand Dollars cheaper than Brown Lee's furniture and two thousand less than room to room. It was crazy looking for this bed everyone had a different price. From 3800 to 4900 but hfi had it for 2800 delivery taxes and for a California king size.i will be going back.
Home Fashion a interiors is a beautiful store with high end fine furniture. Staff is very friendly and helpful and interior designers are amazing. Store is a " must see."
