I used this company numerous times for everything including a new roof, new windows, sump pumps, a French drain, a new basement floor, deck and shed repairs, a sun room, etc., and each time I was ecstatic with the results. The owner, Ryan Driscoll, is thorough, knowledgeable, and dependable. His employees are a hardworking, dedicated team, and his prices are reasonable. Home Exteriors Direct is my one stop for anything I need done in my house.
Does not work well with insurance companies, does not understand the process, unresponsive to the needs of homeowner; needs supervision and oversight ( i.e.followup on requesting proper liscences for projects).
Good experience with Home Exteriors Direct on replacing my roof. They stand behind their work.
