We just had a great experience working with ****, ****, and the team of workers at Home Exteriors. We have a traditional, 1941 Cape Cod home in the Chagrin Valley. Had initially needed a new roof with gutters and as the project was under way added some additional work to be completed. We ended up with a new back and front porch roof, front door installed and window yawning. Great work by the team that was here. **** was our contact and had no issues with adding the additional work on after we had out initial estimated completed. I initially thought that using Home Exteriors was a good idea. However, from last year till now it has been nothing but a nightmare. The individuals that they had install the gutters on my home last year used vulgar language and were rude to my partner and I. It has not stopped there, though. They gutters have been leaking and they came to fix them. Well, the individual who fixed it lifted shingles off of my new roof and didn't think it was issue. Home Exteriors was really great. We had our roof ruined by a recent wind storm and they were among many roofers we talked to and received quotes from. Home Exteriors gave us the most reasonable quote by far! They were on time and the work was terrific. The clean up afterwards was even remarkable. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Dishonest people, ****work. Literally left a 2inch gap between the boards they replaced on my roof, stepped through the over hang on my roof, left large gaps between the gutter board and gutters and left 2 parts of the roof not done initially. City denied the work forced them to come back to fix it. Their solution was to put shives where the inspector could see and paint it and "claim" they fixed it. Took photos showed city. Home Exteriors has been to our home on two different projects. They have replaced our siding, gutters, and all of our windows. We never were anxious over the decision to hire these good people. We were confident in their abilities to do the work professionally and in a timely manner. They did not disappoint! All their work exceeded our expectations. Honest, fair, and done with real craftsmen. Would not hesitate to recommend for any home projects.
