My fur baby was not feeling well early this morning and could not move. I went online to find a mobile Veterinarian to hopefully come check on her. I came across Dr Sheperd’s name , it was 6:41am and I took a chance and texted him anyway. He responded very quickly and It was the first time any doctor ever responded that fast and that early. My baby ended up passing away as I was texting with Dr Sheperd. He even called me to assist me what to do from there on. Thank you Dr Sheperd, I really do appreciate all your help! LoAnn

When it was time to say goodbye to our fur baby. I made a call to Dr. Shepherd explained our current situation and he said he would be to our home soon. When he arrived he performed a quick assessment and gave my girl pain medication. We all calmed a bit and enjoyed a few minutes of last kisses. He guided us through each step and never rushed us in our grief. Our other two fur babies had time to say goodbye to their sister. Thank you again Dr Sheperd for your assistance with my little girl Sarah. It was a beautifully peaceful passing. The best I could ever want for her. I am forever grateful to you. You were able to come by at such short notice and give her the gift of peace and sooth her pain and suffering and a little of ours. It takes a special person to be able to handle just situations. If you're reading. this, my heart goes out to you. I called a few places before Bridges and they didn't sit well with me. When Dr. Shepherd answered the phone, my gut was telling me he's the one. His voice and compassion was instantly comforting during this heartbreaking time. He thoroughly explained everything to me throughout the entire process. Simple gestures of petting my dog, giving us all the time we needed and clippings of his hair in a glass bottle meant so much. We picked out an urn and afterwards he went above and... read more

Dr Shepard was so kind and wonderful when we had to put our beloved cat down after 16yrs. It was so nice to be able to do it at home and schedule around our needs. He even gave us a paw print in clay and a little jar for he fur. I would highly recommend them to makw a terrible thing a little better.
