We booked their Chrysler 300 limo for my daughter's homecoming along with 7 of her friends 2 weeks before the event. All communication & booking went great until 3 hours before the event when Ron called to say they couldn't use the limo that night because the electrical wasn't working. Forgive any typos as I am still recovering from our event last night using EPC Events. This was our 3rd time renting a bus and THE FIRST time using EPC Events and it was an awesome experience! From the time I talk to them on the phone to secure a bus until the time we got home from the night out, it was 100% a great experience! Our driver was amazing, super chill, professional and friendly to a bunch of 45 year old drunk couples. He came in a tie and overcoat for a pub crawl. We had such a great time with our driver Ron! He was there on time, got us safely to all the places we needed to go and was super flexible!! He kept in contact with me the entire time and the bus was clean and new!
We took a party bus last night....April was our driver...and she left all 26 of us stranded in Detroit. We want our personal belongings back that was on the bus. Please respond. Someones car keys was on that bus!!!!
I ordered a stretch limo to pick us up from our wedding 2.5 months before our event. They call me up three days before the event and said their limo was in the shop and would upgrade us to a party bus. This would be odd for just two of us leaving a reception so I said I would like them to find me another alternative.
