Phoned Shaw direct for realigning the TV dish and we received an appointment for August 10, 2021 with Home Entertainment Centre in Altona between 10:00 and 2:00pm. Paul the tech called us at 09:59am telling us that he would not be able to make this time but would be here shortly after 3:00pm.
