I was not happy with the HERx crew when they left my house because they did a really sloppy job of replacing the attic floor. When this was called to their attention, they came back and fixed it better than it was when they started the job. They met/exceeded my expectations; I give them an A+ for customer satisfaction.
Cannot recommend enough. Each time the guys came out they were on time. The guys that came out to do my assessment were very helpful and answered all my questions about the Entergy and Centerpoint programs. The guys that did the attic insulation were very hardworking and very professional. Even did an great job cleaning up, I couldn’t even tell they were there. Except for the fact that my A/C unit is running slot less. These guys are the best in the business.
Everyone was very professional, explained every step of the process, and left my home clean as if they had never been there. I’m very impressed with everyone and relieved my ducts are repaired and sealed.

I had Mason and his team come out to do the assessment, I got lots of great information and tips and they were safe and clean. We scheduled all of the work I qualified for during what ended up being the snow week and they called to get me rescheduled as soon as possible. I wasn’t sure if we’d notice an immediate difference, but we did! Our house is holding its temperature way better than before, and it was all no cost to me! I have already been recommending their company
I would recommend this guy’s for the awesome job that they do. My daughter Sammie Jo Smith and her crewmen did a amazing job for me. I just got a new home and I had Mason to come for the inspection to see if I qualified. I qualified for it all. Very polite and very professional with everything that they do. I one very happy lady with there job.
