We had HEP install a Mitsubishi multi unit mini split set up at our home recently and love them! Josh was great to work with and we got a quote quickly. Kyle and Lucas came a few weeks later and were prompt, professional, and left our house clean. Would recommend HEP to anyone looking for an installation, as well as Mitsubishi mini splits. Thank you!
Great job with attention to detail
The mini-split I’ve had upstairs for cooling needed repair this summer and I received both wonderful service (thank you, Pete!) and communication from this company. Today I had them install a mini-split for the downstairs that can heat and cool (thank you Marc and Lucas!). Work was done efficiently and professionally — I also noted and appreciated the care they took to cover and protect my floors. A very neat install - inside and out. Looking forward to staying warm — and cool! Highly recommend this company!
Home Energy Products has now installed two separate Mitsubishi heat pumps at our house. Phil was excellent to work with to ensure we had the appropriate design and size of the system. I have used this company to replace my A/C minisplits with new energy efficient heat pumps. This month's installation was the conclusion of the replacement of three units in my home.
