Installed exterior storm windows on the inside of our house with metal frames that stick out, which were nailed into house trim, damaging trim, and some of the worst finishing I've seen. I had to call and email multiple times to get them to finish the second half of the contract. After multiple rounds of sloppy work, we're throwing up our hands. I'd steer clear of these guys. I am very happy with the HELP team. I haven't gotten my first BGE bill yet, but last winter my heating bills were over $400. I feel confident that will not be the case this year. The team was able to locate all the problem areas, get me approved for BGE rebates, and work within my budget to get the most bang for my buck. I enjoyed working with the team and am very happy with the work. It's it weird to say, I can't wait for my electric bill? lol.
I had an energy audit done on my house. I needed alot of work done. H.E.L.P. did the work to seal my house up. They did an excellant job. They are very friendly and they are very hard working. I would recommend them to anyone. My house used to be very cold in the winter and when the wind blew outside you could feel it in the house. The other day when the wind was blowing didnt hear or feel a thing.
First class team, from carrying out the audit through to sealing off every nook and cranny and insulating crawl space and other areas as necessary. The house is more comfortable now and no doubt will be when temperature rises in the summer and drops in the winter. I would recommend H.E.L.P. to anybody in a heartbeat.
They did a great job making my home warm and toasty.
HELP recently finished up a big project in our home through the Maryland BeSmart program, with BGE Energy Efficiency Rebates. Bob was great with handling all the paperwork, excellent communication. He also coordinated with the sub-contractor Albright's Mechanical to get our new HVAC system in, as well as working with me to coordinate some of my contractors.
