Awful experience with this company, they’re effectively a scam with incredibly rude employees and the service is deplorable. Do avoid!
I was a bit doubtful at first as so many of these companies are so pushy. But HEG are very easy to deal with, give good advice and the installation went very well, the two electricians did a very neat job and left the house clean and tidy. I heartily recommend this company if you want solar or just a battery system as I did.
I had three Hancha Ess 3.2kw greenlinx batteries fitted to my system the people from Home Energy Group did a great job in advising me as well as completing the work and some lovely after service which is great to see, Thanks to Tracy and the team, cheers 👍
Sadly, I have rung up on 2 occasions and promised a call back for a quote. Never replied.
Great company, delivering a great product! HEG installed a battery solution which just works. The Hanchu batteries are great, and take up much less space than the larger rack mount type batteries. HEG have always been available and willing to support - which I really appreciate.
