George ,the owner is a very nice man but I was disappointed with the 200.00 service call. When repairman came he asked for manual . GAS Unit is only one year old.. After 5 minutes, Repairman could not get it to work and told me we need new module. After he left I managed to read manual and after a few tweaks got it to work. I went back to store hoping for some sort of refund but was denied.. Wanted at least 125.00 back.

I stopped in last week to look into wood burning stoves. I picked George's brain since I know next to nothing. The guy is full of knowledge. If he can't help you out I don't think nobody can. Went back today & put deposit on my stove. If your looking for a stove George is your go to guy.
