Ordered 5 windows in December 2021. Paid $4200 down-payment. It was been 15 months and still no windows. No response to our many many phone calls, emails and texts.

Over a year since HEA installed the windows and a sliding door, over 6 months since HEA replaced the front door, but the job is not finished, no final inspection was done. I tried to contact the company multiple times, left voice mails with them and no response. I opened a complaint with BBB and the owner never got back with me. Ordered a sliding glass door from them, they went over colors and options that’s were relevant to us and our home. I highly recommend them.

They came out and showed us our options to replace our living room windows on our home. We talked about various brands and we settled on cws since the employee recommended them not only for a faster turn around but also because they are locally made in Ocala Florida. We had pella windows on our old home up north and loved them. So naturally we gravitated towards cws. Home Energy Advisors made this a really easy and simple process for us. Worst experience ever! 2 years and $50,000 later, the job is incomplete and the owner is 100% unresponsive. If you're looking for anxiety and frustration, as well as being lied to on a regular basis, these guys will definitely be a good choice. My home looks worse than before the process started.
