In all my life, I have never had such a positive call with someone from customer service from any company. I think the person I talked to at HomeEnergy was Molly (not sure of the correct name). From the second she picked up the call, she was courteous, empathetic, learned about the problem, and clearly provided solutions to every one of them. Excellent Hot Water Tank Rental Company. fast & efficient service dealt with repair of tank.
We had a hot water on demand unit installed on Nov. 7, 2024 by Alex. He was very prompt, he kept the area nice and neat and did a very good job. Very impressed !!!!
