@Home Energy is an amazing company always wanting to please their customers. I am very happy to be one of their customers and highly recommend them.
In all my life, I have never had such a positive call with someone from customer service from any company. I think the person I talked to at HomeEnergy was Molly (not sure of the correct name). From the second she picked up the call, she was courteous, empathetic, learned about the problem, and clearly provided solutions to every one of them.
