Had a good time exploring the store
Went in today for the first time and had a nice experience. Gabe was very helpful and assisted me with rolling up a huge wool rug. Thanks Gabe!!! I had some confusion with the price but upon further inspection at home I found the other price tag which was for a different rug sized, 8×10. So I paid the right price for my 8×11 rug. Thanks again y'all!
Have made multiple purchases at this store....if you know the item you need and amount of that item....BUY here....you get what you pay for.....and they leave skin on the bone....keep it up....God Bless
Bizarre and uncomfortable shopping experience all around. One employee working in the rug section was threatening and it’s clear other customers have had issues with them before. Probably shouldn’t be interacting with customers. The selection is solid and they had some reasonable items, but customer service is a big 0/10.
