I was very disappointed with the customer service from the manager. She was not friendly or understanding about my concerns. The furniture I purchased was dry rotted and appeared to have been dropped, which I unfortunately did not notice until I got home. The only solution offered was to bring the item back, with no offer of a price adjustment or any effort to resolve the situation fairly. Overall, the experience felt dismissive and unprofessional.
Interesting selection. Some prices are very good, others kinda expensive. Have to do your research before hand and inspect the quality
