Amazing elevator installed in my dream home. Everything promised was delivered. Construction details were handled by our builder we chose maple for elevator wood and is simple but flows with rest of house.
We have had a few issues with our elevator in the past. Some have been renter user errors, and others just kinks with the new installation. Today Dave and Jay came out and did a thorough evaluation of our elevator. Jay found a few issues and fixed them quickly. I feel confident that our elevator will now be in top share! Both were very courteous. Would recommend!
Thanks to the install crew, John and Eric for overcoming some unforeseen issues and getting the lift installed. We are extremely happy with it and look forward to having you do our service in the future.
