So impressed with the quick turnaround on sending help the day our elevator broke. The technician was also super nice, knowledgeable, and able to take care of everything quickly for us.
We worked with David on this project. I am skeptical about sales people. David was fantastic to work with throughout the project. He answered all my questions before we signed the contract. He even arranged for us to talk to anther local customer. (She let us 'play' in her elevator.) Once the contract was signed, David kept us informed of the status. We didn't have to track him down.
