Waited 4 days for an answer, Knowing full well that this was an emergency. I had to chase them down to learn that they were not going to do the job. Not recommended at all. Receptionist is super sweet. That was the only good thing about this transaction
Called aftet the ice storm. Very quick and responsive. Had me hooked up in no time.
Do not use. He is a scammer and is only looking to take advantage of people in need. I paid him 500 dollars to to reconnect my electric after the recent ice storm and all he did was install a new weather head and connect 3 wires to the meter. When I told him he had to connect the power line he acted like he never heard of such thing. It’s the next day and still haven’t heard from him. I’m expecting a child and now I have to figure out how I am going to get power back on and how to recover from losing the 500 dollars he scamm... read more
