I understand that they use this approach to improve efficiency, but still cannot help being upset as it’s at the cost of my time when I already only have very limited to contact agents and schedule showing.
I was moving to Texas and had school starting in a week. Was getting worried about my application getting accepted in time. Travis contacted me and understood my situation and didn’t stop until we got my application approved. If it wasn’t for Travis, I might not have been able to start my school in time. I will recommend this company too anyone looking for apartments.
I contacted a consultant to help me look for an apartment in Houston, TX and I’m so grateful for Haley and her teams help throughout it all!! She was very kind and really went to many depths to ensure I would find the right apartment for me. I ended up signing with the complex she recommended and throughout it all she answered all of the questions I had and communicated with the leasing office to help me would get approved! Thank you guys so much again, the whole team is wonderful!
Beyond amazing service, helped me get a place to live, within my budget and with the amenities i required. The person assigned to me helped me find, and file the paperwork as well as reached out and answered questions i may had been having along the process. Would recommend.
Ryan Rehman was super kind and helpful to me in our apartment search! Was super on top of it and felt like he really cared about us finding something that fit our needs!!
