Very happy with presentation of the furniture , easy to deal with and responsive to our needs
The stylist did a great job, and this was no doubt a contributing factor to getting a higher price for my property than I expected. I would give 5 stars however the property was left in a mess after the styling had been completed, and it took several hours to reclean it on the evening prior to the first open house. I made a complaint that was only responded to six weeks later with a confusing email containing a series of deflections and a hope that the matter “…would be behind us, since some time had passed…” I removed the p... read more
The stylist did a good job and I would give 5 stars but there have been significant problems in dealing with this company that cannot be overlooked. When the removalists delivered the furniture they left dirty footprints throughout my apartment, including in the bath tub which they had no reason to step in. Worst of all, a turd was left unflushed in my toilet, which I discovered the afternoon before the first open house.
