I’m writing this review regarding the customer service that was subpar. I was charged a service fee for a service that was not performed and not disclose in first contact with Home, Door and Window. I informed the customer service rep, technician and the manager Brian of a service fee not being disclose at first contact with the company, for coming out to provide an estimate for repairs on garage door. Todd came out about 6 weeks ago. Seemed like a really nice guy measured everything and talked with us about all our options. We were excited to get a quote. We were told someone named Savanna would contact us within a couple of weeks with a quote. After multiple times trying to get a hold of Savanna she finally told us she had already emailed our quote which we did not receive. So she said she was sending it again. Which she never did. Working with Home and door was a very good experience. We came to showroom and was guided within our budget and needs by Savannah. She then followed up and sent her worker to our home to measure door and make sure we were utilizing the space properly. She then wrote up a contract within our budget and the door was ordered. As soon as it was custom made and arrived back at home and door they called and scheduled an install which was only 10 day wait. The installer was super nice and I just love my new front door. Had our garage door and motor replaced by HDW and the entire experience was great. They came out and gave us a quote and then when we were ready and scheduled, they were able to come out that same week and install the door very quickly. Will use again.
We ordered a glass storm door, the wait was worth it! It is a beautiful heavy door, the installation was professional and excellent.
