I am so sad about my experience with this company. My family has used this company for years. I had requested a quote and Nick came to our home to begin the estimate process. Everything started out great and we were assured we were in good hands and that install shouldn't be a problem, we have a brick home. We had a firm appointment for their rep to come to our house to check and give a quote on replacement of Marvin windows. They didn't show up and never called to cancel or reschedule.
Nick made a great impression during the appointment; however, he followed up with a significantly high quote and has since not responded to my emails requesting more cost-effective options.
I’m writing this review regarding the customer service that was subpar. I was charged a service fee for a service that was not performed and not disclose in first contact with Home, Door and Window. I informed the customer service rep, technician and the manager Brian of a service fee not being disclose at first contact with the company, for coming out to provide an estimate for repairs on garage door. Working with Home and door was a very good experience. We came to showroom and was guided within our budget and needs by Savannah. She then followed up and sent her worker to our home to measure door and make sure we were utilizing the space properly. She then wrote up a contract within our budget and the door was ordered. As soon as it was custom made and arrived back at home and door they called and scheduled an install which was only 10 day wait. The installer was super nice and I just love my new front door.
