Fantastic experience!!! We needed a new garage door. First, they got our broken door fixed temporarily on the day we called and our replacement completed less than a week later at a fair price. I had a question the next day about its operation and they came immediately and addressed my concern. Highly recommend!!!
Our 30-year old garage door opener was dying a slow death. The expert service technicians were responsive over the last two weeks to extend its life. Ultimately the only option was to replace the old motor with a new motor. A big thanks to Kevin for his exceptional skills and helpfulness.
Home & Door is the best, I am so happy that I found them. My rep, Todd, is very thorough and spent time with me to figure out what I wanted with no pressure to "buy now". I've used them for a new door wall and windows and a garage spring repair. The crews and inside teams are great, too. I have more to do and will come back to them when I'm ready. It's nice to have a one-stop shop with top notch quality and service.
I ordered a new front door and storm door from Home & Door Products, and the experience was great all the way from getting an estimate to finalizing the order. The price was great compared to another one I had gotten. Everyone I dealt with throughout the process was professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. My door should be installed toward the end of the month, and I assume that process will go just as well.
My daughter’s garage door springs broke. I am so impressed with the fantastic service Home and Door Products provided. kevin the service tech came the same day and with less than 1/2 hour, the door was fixed. Kevin ran a few short test to ensure the door operated properly which exposed an unrelated problem with the door functioning properly. Kevin fixed the problem with any hesitation .
