No service response, can’t retrieve.
You can pay hundreds and they don't respond to emails and when you call them they inform you your results are no longer available. They don't keep them... in essence their results, which you pay for, are useless and their customer service is nonexistent with regards to documentation. Buyer beware.
It’s been over 3 weeks since I mailed in my samples and have yet to receive my results. My credit card was charged for payment 2 weeks ago. I have called several times and was originally told my results would be finished in 2 days, well that was 12 days ago. I called back again and was told that there system is down and to call back. I will update my review when I receive the results. If I do not receive our results by 1 month of mailing in my test kit, I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.
