Very disappointing experience. Communication was poor and timelines were not respected. Lori was difficult to reach when issues came up, and the quality of work did not match what was promised. I expected a professional service but ended up frustrated. Would not recommend.

We hired Mark Spector and Cody from Dr. Fix It for a full, to-the-studs kitchen and dining room renovation that completely transformed our home. This was a massive project that involved a complete reconfiguration of the space, including moving a powder room to a newly defined space away from the kitchen. There was structural work, including removal of a room separating wall, and managing around a major weight-bearing wall.
